Another ebay scam

An easy way to detect these scams is to look up the domain registration at whois.com. This guy created his domain on September 27, 2006 yet his website claims a copyright of 2004. An odd inconsistency indeed. If Richard Palmer of Emeryville, California registered the domain then why am I getting an email from Val in the United Kingdom?

Here's the email:
